LISA DAWSON
Northern Irish Soprano
Blending classical and contemporary styles to create elegant covers of popular music, traditional ballads and her own original songs.

ABOUT
As a classically trained singer, Lisa Dawson has performed from a young age in many vocal ensembles, and in many venues throughout the world including The Royal Albert Hall for the BBC Proms and Carnegie Hall, New York. Lisa's extensive background in choral singing has allowed her to develop a strong sense of musicianship and clear vocal technique which lends itself to many styles.
In 2018, Lisa began to merge her love for contemporary classical music and celtic traditional songs together, and started to write songs in her own personal style, inspired by the rural scenes of Northern Ireland which she grew up in. Lisa's music focuses on the vocal melody, often accompanying herself at the piano, nostalgic of art and folk song.
